Designing Programmes & Syllabi

SRF is dedicated to restructuring conventional patterns of teaching-learning by challenging disciplinary boundaries in keeping with the contemporary developments across the world. The Foundation will offer online certifications and conduct periodic workshops for designing multidisciplinary programmes and courses. We will critically review the curricula and the syllabi of specialized programmes and courses. We will also assist in the recruitment and the training of faculty members, and in conducting periodic review and certification.

Training of Trainers

Training of Trainers

SRF offers intensive and focussed training to those faculty members who are capable of training other members of the cohort group. Empowering learners to face contemporary global challenges is one of the prime objectives of SRF. To facilitate this,we provide pre-designed training material to the faculty. Emphasis will be placed on honing the skills of the participants so that they become agents of change in the larger set up. The programmes will also impart leadership skills to faculty members with high academic credentials for managerial positions.

The Foundation realises the importance of efficient educational administrators in steering an institution to new heights of learning and research. To fine-tune the leadership qualities of educational managers, SRF has designed Educational Management Programmes which groom new-age administrators of educational institutions. We also offer mentoring services to institutional managers, faculty members, researchers and students to help them meet the criteria of accreditation which will upgrade their institutions to the next phase of academic progress.
