SRF offers consultancy services to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) for enhancing their academic credentials by adopting new forms of management and by implementing timely measures based on continuous review. Our mentoring and guiding interventions, targeted to achieve international standards, incorporate country specific recommendations like the NEP 2020. Our aim is to help academic institutions become world class centres of learning.
The strength of SRF is a team of highly qualified academicians with experience in the governance of Higher Education Institutions. The team includes experts who have rich experience in the processes of national level evaluation and accreditation. They are capable of identifying key areas that require strengthening and can offer effective solutions to issues that are faced by the HEIs.
SRF believes in sustainable education and will help set up departments redefining Liberal Humanities. We offer end-to-end services to conceptualize, structure and launch new centres of learning in frontier areas of research such as Peace Studies, Health Humanities, Food Studies, Translation Studies, Popular Culture and the like, together with systematic review and updation.
SRF is committed to fostering an effective research culture in HEIs to inculcate, sustain and develop new ideas. The Foundation will offer expertise in framing online and offline courses in specialized areas of research, publishing in reputed academic journals and in exploring possibilities of national and international collaborations. SRF will support HEIs in instituting research/teaching collaborations and in establishing faculty/student exchanges with top ranking global institutions.
SRF is dedicated to restructuring conventional patterns of teaching-learning by challenging disciplinary boundaries in keeping with the contemporary developments across the world. The Foundation will offer online certifications and conduct periodic workshops for designing multidisciplinary programmes and courses. We will critically review the curricula and the syllabi of specialized programmes and courses. We will also assist in the recruitment and the training of faculty members, and in conducting periodic review and certification.
SRF offers intensive and focussed training to those faculty members who are capable of training other members of the cohort group. Empowering learners to face contemporary global challenges is one of the prime objectives of SRF. To facilitate this,we provide pre-designed training material to the faculty. Emphasis will be placed on honing the skills of the participants so that they become agents of change in the larger set up. The programmes will also impart leadership skills to faculty members with high academic credentials for managerial positions.
The Foundation realises the importance of efficient educational administrators in steering an institution to new heights of learning and research. To fine-tune the leadership qualities of educational managers, SRF has designed Educational Management Programmes which groom new-age administrators of educational institutions. We also offer mentoring services to institutional managers, faculty members, researchers and students to help them meet the criteria of accreditation which will upgrade their institutions to the next phase of academic progress.
