Professor G. S. Jayasree, is the Founder & Trustee of Samyukta Research Foundation (SRF). The Foundation continues her journey which she began in 2001 as the Editor of Samyukta: A Journal of Gender and Culture.It is her vision which has conceptualized and established SRF as a knowledge sharing platform to critically engage with the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
Prof. Jayasree has been Head of the Department and Professor at the Institute of English, University of Kerala.Her academic repertoire though varied, spans four major areas: Gender and Culture, Literary and Critical Theory, Kerala Studies and Translation, and Life Writing. Among her major publications The Oxford Anthology of Malayalam Literature that she co-edited with P P Raveendran in 2017, is a landmark collection covering almost 120 years of Malayalam literature, with detailed introductions for each of the genres and a general introduction tracing the evolution of literature in Malayalam over the centuries.
Sreedevi K. Nair, former Associate Professor and Head of the Department of English of NSS College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India is a Trustee of SRF. She is also the Managing Editor of Samyukta: A Journal of Gender and Culture since 2016. Dr. Nair, a nuanced and committed translator, was Charles Wallace India Trust Translator Fellow in 2017. She is also the recipient of the International Translation Grant Award (2010) instituted by the International Centre for Writing & Translation (ICWT), University of California, Irvine. Dr. Nair was awarded the Kerala State Lalita Kala Academy Award for the Best Translation of an Art Book (Malayalam) in 2004.
Other than translation and Translation Studies, Dr. Nair has made major contributions to the fields of Education, Shakespeare Studies and Women’s Writing.

Arya Aiyappan is Assistant Professor with the Department of English and Cultural Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore, India. Dr.Aiyappan’s prime areas of research interesthas been Malayalam Cinema and Kerala film culture. Indian cinema with emphasis on a nuanced understanding of gender representation in middle cinema informs the larger terrain of her research domain. Her doctoral research was on the construction of gender and cultural identities vis-a-vis the politics of representation manifesting through contemporary middle cinema in Hindi. She has published several articles and two books in the field of Film Studies and has completed a monograph on the Malayalam filmmaker P Padmarajan with the National Film Archives of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Pune.
Jaseedha.K is Associate Professor and Head of Department of English, Mannaniya College of Arts & Science. She is also the Teacher Coordinator of Women’s Studies Unit of her college for the last 25 years. Her present research interests other than English Literature, includes Psychology, History of Kerala, and Gender Studies. She finds personal gratification in providing voluntary research guidance to her former students from varied disciplines, especially in the areas of History and Commerce.

Devika S, is Principal of NSS College, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Her research areas of interest are Indian Literature in English, New Literatures, Ecocriticism.
Bini B.S. teaches at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. She was previously an Academic Fellow at Balvant Parekh Centre for General Semantics and Other Human Sciences.Dr. Bini’s presentresearch revolves around illness narratives by women, biopolitical perspectives on health, technologies of the self and corporeality. Her research articles, poems and translations have appeared in national and international Journals and anthologies including Poetry Chain, Kritya, Samyukta, ETC: A Review of General Semantics, JWS: A Journal of Women’s Studies, South Asian Ensemble, Kavyabharati, Korzybski, And… and the volumes The Virtual Transformation of the Public Sphere, and Media and Utopia (both published by Routledge). She is one of the editors of Anekaant: A Journal of Polysemic Thought and the managing editor of the Journal of Contemporary Thought (JCT). Bini has co-edited two special issues of the Journal, Samyukta, published by Women’s Initiatives, India on ‘Enigma of Health’ and ‘Enigma of Beauty’ respectively. Her poems were part of an anthology of corporeal poems titled A Strange Place other than Earlobes: Five Poets, Seventy Voices published by Sampark, Calcutta in 2014. Bini has received the J. Talbot Winchell Award (2016) for her outstanding contributions to the study of General Semantics from the Institute of General Semantics, New York.

Sonya J. Nair is the editor of Samyukta Poetry- a portal dedicated to featuring poetry in all its psychedelic colours. She likes to observe people and places around her, which then reappear in her poems. She has been published in Poetry at Sangam,The Book Review, Kitchen Sink Magazine, EKL Review, Borderless Journal, The Chakkar, INNSAEI, the Shimmer Spring Anthology and Rewriting Human Imagination– an anthology published by IASE and the Centre for Digital Humanities. She serves as the Head of the Department of English, All Saints’ College, Thiruvananthapuram. She is interested in the areas of Sexualities, Culture Studies, Colonial Horticultures and Translation Studies.
Rajasree R is Assistant Professor at the Department of English, Sanatana Dharma College, Alappuzha. She has been Editorial Assistant forSamyukta: A Journal of Gender and Culture. She translated the memoir of Prabha Narayana Pillai Ormakal Mahanagarathil to English as On Life, Death and the Art of Cooking: Reminiscences in 2017. She was also the Editorial Assistant for the publication of the handbook Shakti: Laws to Ensure Gender Justicepublished by the Centre for Women’s Studies and Cell to Combat Sexual Harassment, University of Kerala, in 2013. She has presented papers at both national and international conferences and has published articles in scholarly journals. Her areas of research interest include Life Writing and Translation Studies.

Divya S, is Assistant Professor of English at Bishop Moore College, Mavelikara. She obtained her PhD from the University of Kerala in 2013 for her thesis ” Meaning as Play: A Critique of Sunyata and Differance”.Her research interests include Post-Structuralist Theories, Contemporary Fiction and Gender and Sexuality Studies.She was Guest Editor Littcrit – Special Issue on Marxism (Dec.2020)
